Lisa Silverman is pleased to invite you to:
The Power of Prevention: An Evening for a Cause
Wednesday, October 8
7:00 - 8:30 p.m. | Home of Lisa and David Silverman
As many of you know my mother had breast cancer and died at the age of 26, when I was just turning 3 years old. My grandmother died from breast cancer at the age of 40, when my mother was just 15. With incredible advancements in genetic testing today, we are so lucky to better understand our genetic predisposition to cancer and take the necessary steps towards prevention to hopefully avoid this same outcome. The Saville Cancer Screening and Prevention Center is one of the only comprehensive centers in the U.S. offering screenings, genetic testing, clinical trials for early detection, personal consultations, and educational resources all under one roof.
Philanthropy enables all that the Saville Center provides to its patients, from driving innovation in cancer screenings to expanding its critical research program and providing free screenings to underserved populations in our community. We greatly appreciate your consideration of support for this crucial program.
If you cannot join us on October 8th to learn more about this life changing program, please feel free to reach out to the center directly so you too can engage in their comprehensive services.
With love & gratitude,
Lisa Silverman
