Compassion Fund

At Inova, we believe in showing the same compassionate care to one another that we extend to our patients every day. Life’s unexpected challenges—such as fire, flood, illness, loss of a loved one, or other financial hardships—can happen to anyone. When they do, the Inova Compassion Fund is here to help.

The Compassion Fund provides emergency financial assistance to eligible team members facing unforeseen events that create a significant burden. Since 2020, it has distributed over $3.5 million, offering critical support during life’s most difficult moments.
